This small "ghost town" has a population of only 450, but receives over 1,000,000 visitors per year. It's becoming a mecca for music, off-roading, art and wine and the hotels and Airbnb's typically sell out. This property is a gem in the rough. It has 3 onsite parking spots, amazing views of the Sedona mountain range and it's a 2 minute walk into downtown. Also, it's mostly a cosmetic renovation and should be up and running within 3 months. We own all of our projects and so far have zero debt.
